Laura Lequeu  transformed her greatest vulnerability into her strongest  asset by  placing lived experience, her own and that of 200 million women worldwide, at the heart of what became  her life’s mission: advancing the endometriosis cause.



She is the Founder (2020) of  Toi Mon Endo (TME), Belgium’s leading NGO dedicated to endometriosis awareness, education, advocacy, and patient support.


Expanding her work internationally, Laura  supports WOMEN living with endometriosis while  building collaborative ecosystems that translate lived ENDO-experience into actionable strategies improving care, prevention, and awareness.

Experience & Expertise

Laura Lequeu holds a university degree in Political Science. Two weeks after graduating, she founded Toi Mon Endo in July 2020.


Since then, Laura has become a recognized non-medical expert and advocate in the field of endometriosis awareness. She regularly attends international medical and scientific congresses and continuously strengthens her knowledge by participating in trainings and educational programs led by leading specialists, researchers, and PhD experts in endometriosis.


Over the past years, she has:

  • Spoken at more than 110 workshops, conferences, and educational events about endometriosis
  • Participated in 70+ media interviews, debates, and public discussions about endometriosis 
  • Received multiple awards and recognitions for her work in awareness and advocacy about endometriosis
  • Produced Behind The Smile, the first European docu-fiction on endometriosis, combining storytelling and education to raise awareness about the disease.
  • Observes endometriosis surgeries in operating rooms to deepen her understanding of the disease and its treatment.
  • Supported thousands of young girls, women, and families living with endometriosis through the work of Toi Mon Endo


Today, she works as an independent consultant, providing guidance and support to people living with endometriosis, while helping organizations, institutions, and companies develop impactful awareness, education, and engagement initiatives around endometriosis.
